#1 – Take a walk

One of the best things about fall is the beautiful weather and gorgeous changing leaves. So why not get out in nature more often to enjoy the crisp air and the beautiful fall hues? As an added bonus, the sunlight you get helps to regulate your body clock, so that you can rest well when your head hits the pillow each night.

#2 – Find your confidence

Even though it can be tempting for those of us working from home to stay in our pajamas as the weather gets cooler, dressing up is a great way to practice self-care and feel confident and attractive.

This can mean buying that new outfit you saw online, investing in new cosmetics that lift your look and your spirits, or simply popping on a pair of dangly earrings.
